How do I join? Create a customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by clicking the Earn Points icon on the bottom left to launch the app.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards? You can check your balance and rewards anytime in the Angel Rewards app, located on the bottom left corner of our website. You will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance with each purchase. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. Login to your account to see your balance or send us a message if you need an account invite sent.

How do I use my rewards? When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount box and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter!

Are my past orders included in the rewards? No, points will be accumulated since the rewards program began on 7/25/2022.

Can I redeem my rewards on all products? Rewards may not be redeemed for classes, events, services, gongs, flutes, chimes, handmade carvings, gift cards, clearance, and mystery bags/gift sets. One discount per order, may not be combined with other offers or sales.

Can I redeem my rewards on Live Sale invoices? Yes! However, you will need to reach out to us to receive a custom link where you can apply your rewards code.

Can I redeem my rewards with a sale? No, only one promotion per purchase.

Why am I not receiving rewards points? You likely opted out from receiving emails from us, please contact us and we will sign you up!

I forgot to use my Angel Rewards on my purchase, can my points be added? Unfortunately, rewards can’t be added to past purchases.

Why can't I leave a review for some of my past orders? Reviews are enabled for orders placed in 2025 and beyond. You will earn 7 points per review (maximum 15 per week).

Angelic Roots reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Coupons can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your coupon for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Your coupon may not be redeemed on another purchase.

Rewards may not be redeemed for classes, events, services, gongs, flutes, chimes, handmade carvings, clearance, gift cards and mystery bags/gift sets. One discount per order, may not be combined with other offers or sales. Points aren’t earned for gift card purchases.
