What information do you need from me to join the program?

This program requires that we collect your email address and phone number. You can still earn points towards rewards without an email, but you will not be able to redeem your points without an email.

Will I receive a lot of emails?

You will receive some emails, yes, but they will all contain useful information as a customer! We will continue to send out emails a few times each month with information on upcoming events, new releases, and store news. You will receive emails when you make a purchase, recapping your points status and any rewards that may be available to you. You will receive a special birthday offer if you complete your rewards account profile, and other emails on occasion regarding your loyalty account. 

Will you sell my email information?

No! Our customer files are company property and will not be sold for any reason. 

Can I share my rewards account?

We strongly prefer each person or family to have their own account. This allows us to better offer personalized recommendations based on your purchase history

Can I use my rewards account at any Diversions location?

Yes! You can now earn and redeem points across any Diversions location, including off-site conventions. 

Will rewards expire?

If you have not redeemed your reward within one year after earning it, your reward will expire.

Will my account ever be deleted?

If you have not made a purchase at a Diversions location in two years, your account will be closed and your points and rewards will be lost. 

Do rewards stack?

Yes! Rewards are like store credit, so you can use them with other discounts and coupons. You will be able to redeem 100 points for $5 off a purchase, and if you have enough points, you can stack multiple $5 off rewards on each sale.
